While working with client PICO, ByteDance's VR sub-brand, I was invited to help bring the PICO VR experience to TikTok's booth at EGX 2023 - a huge annual gaming convention in London. Attendees had the opportunity to test an unreleased rhythm game on the system, with high scores marked on a leaderboard. At the end of each day, the attendee with the highest score took home a PICO 4 system.
Priorities & Goals
Capture footage of the PICO booth at EGX and other establishing shots of the venue
Work alongside the PICO team to demo the PICO 4 VR headset to EGX attendees
Produce short-form video content for PICO socials with fast turnarounds
Work closely with the editor to rapidly produce and publish EGX-related content on-site
Meet with PICO and VR KOLs
Interview attendees and KOLs about their experience
